  2. Learning authentic Latin dance steps you can make your own dance, also come along to our Classes or Social Dance Events
  3. Any accomplished dancers can use these classes to practice dance figures to improve style and technique whilst having fun and getting fit

In our Dance Fitness Classes you will learn dance moves and basic routines to your favourite classic hits such as Saturday Night Fever, Michael Jackson, Abba, Queen etc.

Just Right For You

With our tier system of 3 levels you can start any where you like, although best to go through the Level 1 to pick up the basic dance steps

Level 1 Dance Fitness Class

Begin to learn basic dance steps and a basic routine to your favourite classic chart hits. This is our recommended path to get you on your way to having fun and getting fitter

Level 2 Dance Fitness Class

You will learn intermediate dance steps yet keeping the routines fairly straightforward. This level will include more variety from our list of dances

Level 3 Dance Fitness Class

You will integrate intermediate dance steps with more challenging routines, quicker tempos, and above all it will keep you fit.
